The day we went the hotel was very busy so many people but the staff was still really nice and friendly and is always helpful to us when we need any assistance or when have any trouble, the food at the restaurant very nice and good recommendation for food.

Feb 2023, my son was lack of oxygen at night. Nursing team, Ms.Hiep, Ms.Hera and director Mr.Quan, took a close attention on him giving him oxygen tank; however, the symptom had not been relieved. He needed to be transferred to Da Nang hospital. Director and his team decided to operate the cable car for my son to get to the ground and transfer to the hospital safely. Thanks to the Director and his team for their great support and service mind, should this be an unforgettable moment that we will never forget.

Stay Mainly For The Bridge Early Access

A visit to the Ba Na Hills to see the Golden Hand Bridge was a must for my stay in Da Nang. I opted to for this hotel over others mainly due to the ‘exclusive hour’ provided to guests of the hotel to see the bridge at 0600 prior to it being available to the general public at 07:00. This turned out to be a small benefit as I was there early but it was safe to say that easily 100+ people were in the queue by 06:00… Still Well worth it if you’re quick! The hotel itself was a mixed bag. I stayed in the Hotel De Lyon Building which was not manned by any reception staff for the duration of the stay. You are also separated into specific breakfast buildings despite it all being Mercure you cannot simply dine in the closest or preferred one which was strange. The room was very comfortable, spacious and to my liking in general however the Wi-Fi signal was incredibly weak (1 bar on both phone and laptop checks) to the point it kept cutting out and the noise from the ‘street’ was very loud until around 23:00 so no chance for an early sleep as it were. All in all I’d say it was worth it for the experience of the bridge but I did feel the accommodation experience underwhelmed somewhat sadly given the price point.

We are very grateful and appreciate Miss Taylor who has been very helpful and provided a pleasant surprise for us celebrating our wedding anniversary. a nice and artistic hotel in the middle of the beautiful Bana Hills with cool air and as if we were in an old town in France
